The urban side of the matter …

I know that many people have judged the considerations of the previous parts nothing more than Ghostbuster’s delusions and therefore I prepared an article especially for them, to show — unfortunately I think only with the benefit of hindsight of the few that will re-read in future years — that “spaced-out” were them. Everybody focused as we are at the count of the dead and infected, many aspects that have hitherto been very evident are overlooked. For example, the fact that this solicitation will hardly push Americans to review their public health plan, but perhaps it will push the rich to entrench themselves even more in their fortress villas like certain Californians of the Internet bubble who live or have set up residences on yachts off the western coast or all the others afraid of the terror of a return of the French guillotine. On the other hand, those of the suburbs seen as carriers of mange and leprosy will be isolated and left to their fate, if not worse. In Europe we will hardly think of strengthening healthcare afflicted by an absolute lack of balance between patients who pay taxes and others, or that between medical and medical staff and administrative and management staff, between medicine and red tape or malinformatics.
